Collaborate with our experienced Project Managers. Your familiarity with the CA building code, combined with hands-on experience in the Bay Area, especially the South Bay, is paramount. Specific Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction timelines and daily activities.
• Record keeping through daily logs, photographs, and safety documentation.
• Document and relay onsite activities via software platforms.
• Liaison with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crew.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality on the job site.
• Oversee materials management.
• Schedule, attend, and log inspections.

Our Requirements:

• Deep understanding of construction practices, tools, and safety (3-5 years supervisory experience).
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in CoConstruct and Microsoft Teams or willing to learn.
• Organized, structured, and punctual.
• Proven leadership qualities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Comprehension of construction documents, blueprints, timelines, and potential issues.
• Physical Capability: Lift 50lbs, conduct manual tasks, and endure prolonged standing.
• Work flexibility during adverse weather.
• Presentable attire - uniforms with company branding provided.
